                                                                           FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

          The properties owned by our municipality, located in the Cumhuriyet District, Yeni Sanayi Site, within our district, are up for sale by open auction as per Article 45 of Law No. 2886, with the sale conditions specified below, including location, type, map, block, parcel, independent section numbers, area in m², and estimated sales price, with the deposit mentioned for the properties which include shops and offices to be conducted by our municipality.

1-   The auction will take place on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, starting at 10:30 with intervals of 10 minutes at our Municipality

Council meeting room.

2-   Those participating in the auction will deposit the specified temporary guarantee of the shops and offices indicated below, before the auction time (latest by 10:00 AM) to our municipality, and those who fail to deposit the temporary guarantee and those with debts to our municipality for water, real estate tax, environmental tax, etc. will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

3-   The sales price of the shops and offices to be sold must be paid in full within 10 (ten) days from the date of the sale. If payment is not made, the auction will be canceled unilaterally, and the temporary guarantee will be confiscated by our municipality.

4-   The title deed transfer for the shops and offices to be sold will be carried out within 15 days after the sales price is paid.

5-   Any firm, company, or cooperative entering the auction on behalf of another must submit the Trade Chamber Registration Certificate, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Power of Attorney (Notary approved auction participation power of attorney).

6-   All legal expenses such as VAT, advertisements, taxes, duties, etc. related to the auction will be borne by the buyer.

7-   The auction committee is free to decide whether or not to conduct the auction, and the reason for such decision will be stated in the decision document. Objections to the decision not to conduct the auction will not be accepted. Unilateral termination is at the discretion of the administration.

8-   In case of any dispute, the courts and enforcement offices of Ürgüp will have jurisdiction.
