FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The properties owned by our municipality, located in İmran Neighborhood of our district, with their location, type, plot, block, parcel, independent section numbers, square footage, estimated sale prices, and temporary guarantees specified below, are put up for auction to be sold through an open bidding process in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of the special tender specifications.

The auction will be held on Tuesday, 26.11.2024, starting at 15:45 with 15-minute intervals between each item, in the Ürgüp Municipality Council Hall.

Participants in the auction must deposit the temporary guarantees for the properties listed below at our municipality no later than one hour before the respective auction time. Those who do not deposit the temporary guarantee or who have debts to our municipality (such as water, property tax, environmental tax, etc.) cannot participate in the auction.

If the properties to be sold are paid for in full at the time of sale or in 3 installments, a deferment fee will be charged based on the legal interest rate. If payment is not made, the auction will be unilaterally terminated, the temporary guarantee will be forfeited as revenue to our municipality, and any payments made by the buyer to our municipality up to that date will be refunded by our municipality within 1 year (without any late payment penalties or interest).

Those participating in the auction on behalf of a company, firm, or cooperative must submit the following: a Chamber of Commerce Registration Certificate, a notarized Commercial Registry Certificate, a signature circular, and an authorization document (notarized proof of authority to participate in the auction).

The title deeds of the properties will be transferred to the buyer only after the full payment of the property price.

All legal expenses related to the auction, such as announcements, taxes, duties, and fees, will be borne by the buyer.

If a workplace is to be opened, it must comply with the Ürgüp Municipality Signage and Facade Regulation criteria, as per the Municipal Council Decision No. 2024/43 dated 02.05.2024.

If a workplace is to be opened, the Ürgüp Municipality Business Opening and Operating License must be obtained within 15 days.

The auction commission is free to decide whether or not to proceed with the auction, provided it specifies the reason in its decision. The commission’s decision not to hold the auction cannot be contested.

In the event of any dispute, the Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.

The special specification file for this auction can be viewed at the Ürgüp Municipality Registry Office during working hours every day. This is hereby announced. 22.10.2024
