After the March 31 Local Administrations Elections, the new term Municipality Council Members of Ürgüp Municipality, who started their term of office covering the years 2024-2029, held their first meeting under the chairmanship of Mayor Ali Ertuğrul Bul.

According to the distribution of votes; The April Assembly Meeting of Ürgüp Municipality, where the Republican People's Party had 7 Assembly Members, the Nationalist Movement Party had 5, and the Justice and Development Party had 3, started with a moment of silence and the reading of the National Anthem.

Mayor Ali Ertuğrul Bul, who made the opening speech of the first meeting of the new term held in Ürgüp Municipality Assembly Hall, wished the new term to be auspicious and expressed his pleasure to work for Ürgüp again.

While the elected Municipal Council Members from all parties introduced themselves, the spokespersons of the parties who took the floor at the same time wished the new term to be auspicious and to have a successful term of office.

Aydın Ayhan Güney, who is known for his successful organizations in Ürgüp, was appointed as the Deputy Mayor of Ürgüp Municipality in the new term, and the Municipal Assembly commissions were formed as follows:
