ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

ARTICLE 1) SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AUCTION:
The following vehicles, owned by our municipality and located in our municipality garage—1 backhoe loader and 2 pickup trucks, with their license plates and details specified below—are put up for auction for sale in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886.

ARTICLE 2) AUCTION LOCATION, DATE, AND TIME:

• Auction Location: The auction will be held in the Ürgüp Municipality Council Hall in the presence of the Municipal Committee.
• Auction Date: 25.02.2025
• Auction Time: Starting at 15:30 with 15-minute intervals between each item
• Auction Method: Open bidding procedure pursuant to Article 45 of State Procurement Law No. 2886

ARTICLE 3)
Participants in the auction must deposit the temporary guarantees for the vehicles listed below at our municipality no later than one hour before the respective auction time. Those who do not deposit the temporary guarantee or who have debts to our municipality (such as water, property tax, environmental tax, etc.) cannot participate in the auction.

ARTICLE 4)
If the vehicles to be sold are paid for in full at the time of sale, a deferment fee will be charged based on the legal interest rate. If payment is not made, the auction will be unilaterally terminated, the temporary guarantee will be forfeited as revenue to our municipality, and any payments made by the buyer to our municipality up to that date will be refunded by our municipality within 1 year (without any late payment penalties or interest).

ARTICLE 5)
Those participating in the auction on behalf of a company, firm, or cooperative must submit the following: a Chamber of Commerce Registration Certificate, a notarized Commercial Registry Certificate, a signature circular, and an authorization document (notarized proof of authority to participate in the auction).

ARTICLE 6)
Vehicle registration documents and traffic registration procedures will be completed only after the buyer has paid the full amount for the vehicle.

ARTICLE 7)
All legal expenses related to the auction, such as taxes, duties, and fees, will be borne by the buyer.

ARTICLE 8)
The auction committee is free to decide whether or not to proceed with the auction, provided it specifies the reason in its decision. The committee’s decision not to hold the auction cannot be contested.

ARTICLE 9)
In the event of any dispute, the Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.

In the event of a violation of any provision of this special specification, consisting of 9 articles, the auction will be unilaterally terminated. Participants in the auction must obtain the Special Specification for a fee of 500.00 TL and sign it to indicate that they have read and accepted its terms.
