ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

 The grocery store and cafeteria, which are owned by our municipality and whose location, type, area in square meters, estimated monthly rental price, and temporary deposit are specified below, will be put up for auction for a period of 3 years through an open bidding process in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of the special specification.

1-      The auction will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 15:30 in the presence of the municipal council.

2-      The temporary deposit for the grocery store and cafeteria must be paid to our municipality before the auction (by 14:30 at the latest). Those who do not pay the temporary deposit and those who have outstanding debts to our municipality such as water, property tax, environmental tax, etc., will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

3-      The monthly rental prices for the grocery store and cafeteria in the following years will be determined and collected annually based on the revaluation rate determined by the Ministry of Finance.

4-      The rental payments for the grocery store and cafeteria will be made in advance on a monthly basis. In case of delay (non-payment), the rental amounts will be collected with a daily delay interest determined according to Article 51 of Law No. 6183, and the contract will be unilaterally terminated.

5-      Those entering the auction on behalf of any Company, Firm, or Cooperative must present a (Notary-certified) Trade Registry Certificate, Commercial Registration Certificate, Signature Circular, and Authorization Document.

6-      All legal expenses such as the auction announcement, advertisement, tax, fee, stamp duty, and notary approval of the lease contract shall be borne by the tenant.

7-      The auction commission is free to conduct or cancel the auction by stating its reasoning in the decision.

No objections can be made against the decision of the commission not to conduct the auction.

8-      In case of any dispute, Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

            The special specification file for this auction can be reviewed at our municipality's Directorate of Administrative Affairs during working hours. This is hereby announced to the public. 27.09.2023
