ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The property owned by our municipality, located in Temenni District, is being put up for tender for a 3-year lease through an open auction in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of the special specifications. The details of the property, including its type, area (m²), estimated rental value, and temporary deposit, are listed below.

1-      The tender will be held on Tuesday, 21.05.2024, at 15:30 in the presence of the municipal committee.

2-      The temporary deposit for the property (Cafeteria Area) must be submitted to our municipality before the tender time (by no later than 14:00). Participants who fail to submit the deposit or have outstanding debts such as Water, Property Tax, or Environmental Tax with our municipality will not be allowed to participate in the tender.

3-      The rental payments for Temenni Hill must be made annually in advance. In case of delay (non-payment), the rental fees will be collected with a daily late fee determined under Article 51 of Law No. 6183, and the tender will be unilaterally terminated.

4-      After the first year, the rental fees for the subsequent years will be increased annually based on the revaluation rate determined by the Ministry of Finance.

5-      Participants entering the tender on behalf of a company, firm, or cooperative must submit a Chamber of Commerce Registration Certificate, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Authorization Document (notarized).

6-      All participants must obtain a criminal record certificate from the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Those who fail to submit this document or have been convicted of disgraceful crimes will not be allowed to participate.

7-      All legal expenses related to the tender, including advertisement, tax, stamp duties, notary fees, and lease agreement approvals, will be borne by the tenant.

8-      The tender commission has the right to conduct or cancel the tender by stating its justification.

There shall be no objection to the commission’s decision to cancel the tender.

9-      In case of any disputes, Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be authorized.
