The 30-year concession rights for the “T” license plates specified below, to be used for providing services at taxi stands operating within the Ürgüp Municipality boundaries, will be transferred separately through an open bidding process in accordance with Article 15 of the Municipality Law No. 5393, the Ürgüp Municipal Council decision dated February 3, 2023, numbered 2023/17, and Article 45 of the State Procurement Law No. 2886.

Where and How the Auction File Can Be Viewed and Purchased: Auction documents can be viewed at the Ürgüp Municipality Registry Office, Cumhuriyet Neighborhood, Atatürk Boulevard, No: 40, Ürgüp / NEVŞEHİR, and can be purchased at the same address for a fee of 250.00 TL.

2. Providing a temporary deposit in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2886 is mandatory. The temporary deposit

for the sale of one “T” license plate can be paid by 14:00 on the auction day, based on 3% of the estimated value. Pursuant to Article 26 of the State Procurement Law No. 2886, any bank guarantee letter must be unlimited in duration.

3. Only natural persons may participate in the auction. Bidders must participate in person or through their proxies.

4. Those who win the T license plate sale auction must pay half of the auction amount within 15 days (including the notification day) from the notification of the auction’s finalization,

and the remaining amount within the following 45 days to our municipality.

5. All expenses related to T license plate registration, etc., shall be borne by the contractor.

6. If the auction amount is not paid within the specified period, the auction will be revoked, and the temporary deposit will be recorded as revenue for the municipality.

7. Documents Required from Those Wishing to Participate in the Auction:

• Photocopy of Identity Card

• Certified document proving no debts to the municipality

• Receipt proving the temporary deposit has been paid or a bank guarantee letter (original)

• Receipt for the auction document purchase (original)

• Photocopy of driver’s license (at least a Class B license is required)

• Undertaking from those participating without chamber and tax registration

• Registration documents from those with chamber and tax registration

• Address Declaration

• Criminal Record Certificate

• Notarized signature declaration (original)

• Notarized power of attorney (original) if participating by proxy

8. The “Commercial Vehicle Allocation Certificate” will be issued within 10 days after the contractor submits the receipt proving the auction amount and VAT have been paid to the Ürgüp Municipality Financial Services Directorate cashier.

9. After obtaining the Commercial Vehicle Allocation Certificate, the T license plate must be registered with traffic authorities using a vehicle no older than 5 years (with a valid TÜVTÜRK inspection), and the Vehicle Registration Certificate must be submitted to Ürgüp Municipality.

10. All expenses related to the auction, including VAT, taxes, duties, fees, and notarization of the concession agreement, shall be borne by the contractor.

11. The auction commission is free to decide whether or not to hold the auction, provided it states its reasoning in the decision.

The commission’s decision not to hold the auction cannot be contested.

12. In case of any dispute, the Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.
