FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The 30-year privilege rights of the "T" License Plates, whose details are provided below, to operate at taxi stands within the Ürgüp Municipality boundaries will be transferred separately through an open bidding procedure in accordance with Article 45 of the State Procurement Law No. 2886, pursuant to Article 15 of the Municipality Law No. 5393 and the decision of the Ürgüp Municipal Council dated February 3, 2023, numbered 2023/17.

Location and Conditions for Viewing and Purchasing the Auction File: Auction documents can be viewed at the Ürgüp Municipality Registry Office, Cumhuriyet Mahallesi, Atatürk Bulvarı No:40 Ürgüp / NEVŞEHİR, and can be purchased from the same address for a fee of 250.00 TL.

2- Submitting a temporary deposit is mandatory in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2886. The temporary deposit, calculated at 3% of the estimated value of one "T" License Plate sale, can be paid up to 30 minutes before the auction time. Pursuant to Article 26 of the State Procurement Law No. 2886, any bank guarantee letter must be indefinite. Bidders who do not win the auction can use their temporary deposit receipt to participate in other "T" License Plate auctions occurring on the same day.

3- Only natural persons may participate in the auction. Bidders or their proxies are required to attend the auction in person.

4- Those who win the "T" License Plate sale auction must pay half of the auction amount within 15 days (including the notification date) from the date the auction is finalized and notified to them, and the remaining amount within the following 45 days to our municipality.

5- All expenses such as registration of the "T" License Plate are the responsibility of the contractor.

6- If the auction amount is not paid within the specified period, the auction will be canceled, and the temporary deposit will be recorded as revenue for the municipality.

7- Documents Required from Those Wishing to Participate in the Auction:

- Photocopy of ID Card

- Approved document stating no debts to the municipality

- Receipt or bank guarantee letter proving the temporary deposit has been made (Original)

- Auction document purchase receipt (Original)

- Photocopy of driver’s license (Minimum Class B license required)

- Commitment letter from those entering without chamber or tax registration

- Registration documents from those with chamber and tax registration

- Address declaration

- Criminal record certificate

- Notarized signature declaration (Original)

- Notarized power of attorney if participating by proxy (Original)

8- The "Commercial Vehicle Allocation Certificate" will be issued within 10 days after the contractor submits the receipt proving payment of the auction amount and VAT to the Ürgüp Municipality Financial Services Directorate cash desk.

9- After obtaining the "Commercial Vehicle Allocation Certificate," the "T" License Plate must be registered with a vehicle no older than 5 years (having passed TÜVTÜRK inspection), and the vehicle registration document must be submitted to Ürgüp Municipality.

10- All expenses such as VAT, taxes, fees, duties, and notary approval of the privilege contract related to the auction are the responsibility of the contractor.

11- The auction commission is free to decide whether to proceed with the auction, provided the reason is stated in the decision.

No objections can be made to the commission’s decision not to hold the auction.

12- In case of any dispute, Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.

It is hereby announced that the special condition file for this auction can be viewed at our municipality’s Registry Office during working hours every day. May 24, 2023
