ANNOUNCEMENT
FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF ÜRGÜP

The independent unit (referred to as the "immovable property" in the specifications) under construction by our municipality, owned by our municipality and located in the Temenni Neighborhood of our district, with its location, type, map, block, parcel, independent unit number, square meter amount, estimated sale price, and provisional guarantee specified below, has been put up for auction in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and within the framework of its special specifications.

1. The auction will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at 15:30 in the Council Hall of our Municipality.

2. Bidders wishing to participate in the auction must deposit the provisional guarantee of the immovable property, the details of which are provided below, to our municipality at least one hour before the auction time. Those who do not deposit the provisional guarantee or have debts to our municipality (water, property, ÇTV, etc.) cannot participate in the auction.

3. Half of the sale price of the immovable property must be paid in cash within 5 (five) days from the approval of the auction by the administration, and the remaining half will be paid in 2 equal installments. If these payments are not made within the specified dates, the auction will be unilaterally canceled, and the provisional guarantee will be recorded as revenue for our municipality.

4. Any firms, companies, or cooperatives participating in the auction must submit their Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Power of Attorney (notarized authorization to participate in the auction).

5. The immovable property will be delivered in accordance with the project. Water, electricity, and natural gas subscription procedures and fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

6. The annexes included in the Management Plan (attached to the specifications) under Article 41 will be used as auxiliary spaces for the immovable property.

7. All legal expenses related to the auction (announcements, advertisements, taxes, fees, etc.) will be borne by the buyer. According to Article 17/4-p of Law No. 3065, the sale of immovable properties is exempt from VAT. The auction commission reserves the right to proceed or cancel the auction, stating its justification in the decision.

8. No objections can be made against the commission's decision to cancel the auction. The administration holds the right to unilaterally terminate the auction.

9. In case of any dispute, Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.
