ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM THE ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The independent commercial unit (referred to as the property in the specifications) currently under construction by our municipality, which is municipally owned and located in Temenni Neighborhood of our district, with its location, type, sheet, block, parcel, independent unit number, square meterage, estimated sale price and temporary guarantee specified below, has been put up for auction by open bidding in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and within the framework of its special specifications.

1- The auction will take place on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 11:30 AM in the Municipal Council Hall.

2- Bidders wishing to participate in the auction must deposit the temporary guarantee for the property specified below to our municipality at least one hour before the auction time. Those who do not deposit the temporary guarantee and those with outstanding municipal debts (water, property, ÇTV, etc.) cannot participate in the auction.

3- Half of the sale price of the property must be paid in cash within 5 (five) days following the administration's approval of the auction, and the remaining half will be paid in 2 equal installments. If these payments are not made within the specified periods, the auction will be unilaterally canceled, and the temporary guarantee will be recorded as revenue for our municipality.

4- Those participating in the auction on behalf of any firm, company or cooperative must submit their Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular and Power of Attorney (Notarized Authorization to Participate in the Auction).

5- The property will be delivered as per the construction project. Water, electricity and natural gas subscription procedures and costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

6- The areas specified in Article 41 of the Management Plan, which includes the annexes of the property to be sold and is attached to the specifications, will be used as annexes.

7- All legal expenses related to the auction such as announcement, advertisement, tax, and fees will be borne by the buyer. According to Article (17/4-p) of Law No. 3065, the sale of properties is exempt from VAT. The auction commission is free to conduct or not conduct the auction by stating its justification in the decision.

8- The commission's decision not to conduct the auction cannot be appealed. The administration reserves the right for unilateral cancellation.

9- Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized in case of any dispute.

It is hereby announced that the special specification file for this auction can be viewed at our Municipality's Office of the Secretariat during working hours every day. 05/11/2022
