ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The independent section (referred to as the property in the tender document) located in the Temenni Neighborhood of our district, whose ownership belongs to our municipality, is being constructed by our municipality and is being auctioned for sale in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2886, Article 45. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the specified conditions of the special terms document.

1- The auction will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the Municipality Council Hall.

2- Bidders must deposit the temporary guarantee for the property listed below at least one hour before the auction time. Those who fail to do so or have debts to the municipality (e.g., Water, Real Estate, Environmental Tax) will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

3- The sale price of the property will be paid in two installments: half of the price within 5 (five) days from the approval of the auction by the administration, and the remaining half within 1 (one) month. If the payments are not made by the specified dates, the auction will be canceled unilaterally, and the temporary guarantee will be forfeited to the municipality.

4- Anyone participating in the auction on behalf of a company, firm, or cooperative must present the Commercial Chamber Registration Certificate, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Power of Attorney (Notarized Authorization to Participate in the Auction).

5- The property will be delivered according to the project. The water, electricity, and natural gas subscription processes and fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

6- The supplementary areas of the property, as detailed in the Management Plan under Article 41 of the tender document, will be used as extensions.

7- All legal expenses such as advertisement, tax, duty, and fees related to the auction will be the responsibility of the buyer. The sale of the property is exempt from VAT under Article 17/4-p of Law No. 3065. The auction commission has the discretion to decide whether or not to proceed with the auction, specifying the reasons in their decision.

8- No objections can be made to the commission's decision to cancel the auction. The unilateral cancellation is at the discretion of the administration.

9- In the event of any dispute, Ürgüp Courts and Execution Offices will have jurisdiction.
