ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM THE MAYORSHIP OF ÜRGÜP

The independent unit, which is owned by our municipality and located in Temenni Neighborhood of our district, whose location, type, plot, parcel, independent unit number, m² size, and reserve sale price along with the provisional guarantee are specified below, is being auctioned by open bidding in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886, and under the provisions of its special terms.

1-The auction will take place on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at 15:30 in our Municipality Council hall.

2-Bidders must deposit the provisional guarantee for the property specified below to our municipality at least one hour before the auction time. Those who do not deposit the provisional guarantee and those who have unpaid debts to the municipality such as water, property tax, environmental tax, etc. will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

3-Half of the sale price of the property will be paid in advance within 5 (five) days from the approval of the auction by the administration, and the remaining half will be paid within a maximum of 1 (one) month. If these payments are not made within the specified dates, the auction will be canceled unilaterally, and the provisional guarantee will be confiscated by our municipality.

4-Any company, corporation, or cooperative participating on behalf of another must present the Commercial Registry Certificate, Commercial Registry Certification, Signature Circular, and Power of Attorney (Notarized Power of Attorney to Participate in Auction).

5-The property will be delivered in accordance with the project. Water, electricity, and natural gas subscription procedures and fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

6-The annexes to be sold with the property will be used as specified in Article 41 of the Management Plan, which is included in the special conditions.

7-All legal expenses related to the auction, such as advertisement, tax, and fees, will be borne by the buyer. The sale of the property is exempt from VAT under Article 17/4-p of Law No. 3065. The auction commission has the freedom to decide whether to conduct the auction or not, stating the reasons for its decision.

8-Objections to the commission’s decision to cancel the auction will not be allowed. The unilateral cancellation is at the discretion of the administration.

9-In case of any dispute, the Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.
