ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR OF ÜRGÜP

The independent commercial unit (referred to as the property in the specifications), owned by our municipality and located in the Temenni Neighborhood of our district, with its location, type, sheet, block, parcel, independent unit number, square meterage, estimated sales price and temporary guarantee specified below, which is currently under construction by our municipality, has been put up for auction to be sold through public tender according to Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and within the framework of the special specification provisions.

1- The auction will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the Council Hall of our Municipality.

2- Bidders wishing to participate in the auction must deposit the temporary guarantee for the property specified below to our municipality at least one hour

before the auction time. Those who do not deposit the temporary guarantee and those with outstanding Water, Property, ÇTV, etc. debts to our municipality cannot participate in the auction.

3- Half of the sales price of the property must be paid in cash within 5 (five) days from the approval of the auction by the administration,

and the remaining half must be paid within at most 1 (one) month. If these payments are not made within the specified dates, the auction will be unilaterally canceled, and the temporary guarantee will be recorded as revenue for our municipality.

4- Those participating in the auction on behalf of any firm, company or cooperative must submit the Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry

Certificate, Signature Circular and Authorization Document (Notarized Auction Participation Authorization).

5- The property will be constructed according to the project specifications and delivered accordingly. Water, electricity and natural gas subscription procedures and fees will be the responsibility

of the buyer.

6- The areas specified in Article 41 of the Management Plan, which includes the annexes of the property to be sold and is attached to the specifications,

will be used as annexes.

7- All legal expenses such as announcement, advertisement, tax, stamp duty related to the auction will be borne by the buyer. According to Article (17/4-p) of Law No. 3065,

the sale of properties is exempt from VAT. The auction commission reserves the right to conduct or not conduct the auction by stating the reason in its decision.

8- The commission's decision not to conduct the auction cannot be appealed. The unilateral cancellation right belongs to the administration.

9- In case of any dispute, Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.

It is announced that the special specification file for this auction can be viewed at our Municipality's Office of the Secretary during working hours every day. March 16, 2022
