ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM THE ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The scrap vehicles owned by our municipality, for which Vehicle Inspection and Control Reports have been prepared, and whose type, make, model, engine serial number, chassis serial number, estimated sale price and temporary guarantee are specified below, have been put up for auction by open bidding in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886.

1- The auction will be held from 3:30 PM onwards at 10-minute intervals on Thursday, April 14, 2022 in the presence of the municipal council at our municipality.

2- Temporary guarantees for the scrap vehicles must be deposited to our municipality before the auction time (by 3:00 PM at the latest). Those who do not deposit the temporary guarantee and those with outstanding municipal debts (water, property tax, etc.) cannot participate in the auction.

3- The sale price of the scrap vehicles must be paid in cash to our municipality, and if not paid, the auction will be unilaterally canceled.

4- Since the temporary guarantee amount for scrap vehicles is calculated based on estimated weight, both the temporary guarantee and final sale price will be recalculated after the sold scrap vehicles are weighed at the weighing scale in our district. The definitive amounts based on the final weight will be collected in cash by our municipality. If not paid, exit permits will not be issued for the vehicles and the scrap will be reclaimed by our municipality with the guarantees recorded as municipal revenue.

5- Those participating in the auction on behalf of any firm, company or cooperative must submit their Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular and Power of Attorney (notarized).

6- All legal expenses related to the sale of scrap vehicles will be borne by the buyer.

7- All legal expenses and sales costs including VAT, announcements, advertisements, taxes, fees and other charges related to this auction will be borne by the buyer.

8- The auction commission is free to conduct or not conduct the auction by stating its justification in the decision. The commission's decision not to conduct the auction cannot be appealed.

9- Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized in case of any dispute.

It is hereby announced that the special specification file for this auction can be viewed at our Municipality's Office of the Secretariat during working hours every day. 03/23/2022
