ANNOUNCEMENT
FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The kiosk, owned by our municipality, with its location, type, square footage, estimated monthly rental fee, and temporary deposit specified below, has been put up for tender to be leased for a period of 3 years through an open auction procedure in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of the special conditions.

1- The tender will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 14:30 in the presence of the municipal committee at our municipality.

2- The temporary deposit specified below for the aforementioned kiosk must be paid to our municipality before the tender time (no later than 14:00). Those who do not pay the temporary deposit and those with debts to our municipality such as water, property tax, environmental tax, rent, etc., cannot participate in the tender.

3- The monthly rental fees for the kiosk for the years following the first year will be determined and collected with an increase based on the revaluation rate set by the Ministry of Finance each year.

4- The rental fees for the kiosk to be leased will be paid monthly in advance. If two consecutive months’ rental fees are not paid, the rental fees will be collected with legal late payment interest, and the tender will be unilaterally terminated.

5- Those participating in the tender on behalf of any firm, company, or cooperative must submit the Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Authorization Document (notarized). Additionally, all company partners must grant personal proxy to the authorized signatory, or all partners must sign the prepared contract.

6- All legal expenses related to this tender, including announcements, advertisements, taxes, duties, and fees, will be borne by the tenant.

7- The tender commission is free to decide whether or not to proceed with the tender, provided the reason is stated in the decision. The commission’s decision not to hold the tender cannot be appealed.

8- In case of any dispute, the Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

The special condition file related to this tender can be viewed at our municipality’s Registry Office during working hours every day, as hereby announced. May 11, 2022
