    ANNOUNCEMENT

    FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

    The ticket booth spaces, owned by our municipality, with their location, type, plot, block, parcel numbers, square meterage, estimated monthly rental fee, and temporary deposits specified below, have been put up for auction to be leased for a period of 1 year through an open bidding process in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of its special conditions.

    1- The auction will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, starting at 14:00 with 15-minute intervals in the presence of the municipal council at our municipality.

    2- The temporary deposits specified below for the aforementioned ticket booth spaces must be paid to our municipality one day before the auction date (no later than 15:30). Those who do not pay the temporary deposit and those who have debts to our municipality such as water, property tax, environmental tax, rent, etc., will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

    3- The rental fees for the ticket booth spaces to be leased must be paid annually in advance within 5 days from the municipality’s first demand before the handover of the space. If the annual payment is not made, the auction will be unilaterally terminated by our municipality, and the temporary deposit will be recorded as revenue.

    4- Those participating in the auction on behalf of any firm, company, or cooperative must submit their Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and an Authorization Document for participating in auctions (notarized).

    5- Those participating in the ticket booth space auction must have a D4 – D1 certificate or an F1 certificate as required by the Road Transport Regulation.

    6- For the ticket booth spaces to be leased, each certificate holder may participate in the auction for only one booth, and leasing solely for F1 agency operations will not be permitted.

    7- Those leasing the ticket booth spaces must operate them for this purpose within the specified period, and the booth space shall not be used for any other purpose. The ticket booth will only sell tickets of the company on whose behalf the auction was entered. Selling other tickets will require obtaining an F1 certificate.

    8- Those participating in the ticket booth space auction must have at least 5 buses registered with transport certificates issued by the Ministry as of the auction date.

    9- All legal expenses related to this auction, such as advertisements, taxes, duties, fees, and notarization of the lease agreement, will be borne by the tenant.

    10- The auction commission is free to decide whether or not to hold the auction, provided it states its reasoning in the decision.

    The commission’s decision not to hold the auction cannot be contested.

    11- In case of any dispute, the Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.

    It is hereby announced that the special conditions file for this auction can be viewed at the Municipal Registry Office during working hours every day and can be purchased for a fee of 100.00 TL. September 13, 2023
