ANNOUNCEMENT
FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The ticket booth locations, owned by our municipality, with their location, type, plot, block, parcel numbers, square footage, estimated monthly rental fee, and temporary deposits specified below, have been put up for tender to be leased for a period of 1 year through an open auction procedure in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of the special conditions.

1- The tender will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, starting at 14:00 with 15-minute intervals between each, in the presence of the municipal committee at our municipality.

2- The temporary deposits specified below for the aforementioned ticket booth locations must be paid to our municipality one day before the tender date (no later than 15:30). Those who do not pay the temporary deposit and those with debts to our municipality such as water, property tax, environmental tax, rent, etc., cannot participate in the tender.

3- The rental fees for the ticket booth locations to be leased must be paid annually in advance within 5 days of the municipality’s first demand following the site handover. If the annual payment is not made in advance, the tender will be unilaterally terminated by our municipality, and the temporary deposit will be recorded as revenue.

4- Those participating in the tender on behalf of any firm, company, or cooperative must submit the Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and an Authorization Document (notarized) for participating in tenders.

5- Only those with D4 – D1 permits or an F1 permit, as required by the Road Transport Regulation, may participate in the tender for the ticket booth locations to be leased.

6- For the ticket booth locations to be leased, each permit holder may participate in the tender for only 1 booth, and leasing solely for F1 agency operations will not be permitted.

7- Those leasing the ticket booth locations must engage in this activity within the specified period; the booth cannot be used for other purposes, and only tickets of the company under whose name the tender was entered may be sold at the ticket sales point. An F1 permit is mandatory for selling other tickets.

8- Participants in the tender for the ticket booth locations must have at least 5 buses with transport permits registered with the Ministry as of the tender date.

9- All legal expenses related to this tender, including announcements, advertisements, taxes, duties, fees, and notarized rental agreements, will be borne by the tenant.

10- The tender commission is free to decide whether or not to proceed with the tender, provided the reason is stated in the decision. The commission’s decision not to hold the tender cannot be appealed.

11- In case of any dispute, the Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

The special condition file related to this tender can be viewed at our municipality’s Registry Office during working hours every day and can be purchased for 100.00 TL, as hereby announced. September 7, 2022
