FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The kiosks and shops located in Duayeri (Old Karağandere) Mahallesi and Aksalur Mahallesi of our district, with the plot, block, parcel numbers, estimated monthly rental fees, and temporary guarantees specified below, were put up for a 3-year lease through an open auction in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of the special specifications. However, since no bidders participated in the rental tender, the kiosks and shops located in Duayeri Mahallesi and Aksalur Mahallesi, with the plot, block, parcel numbers, estimated monthly rental fees, and temporary guarantees specified below, have been opened for bargaining for a period of 15 days starting from September 3, 2024, pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 2886.
