FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY
The workplace and residence located in Cumhuriyet Neighborhood (Eski İmran) of our district, with their plot, block, parcel numbers, independent section numbers, square footage, estimated sale prices, and temporary guarantees specified below, were put up for auction to be sold through an open bidding process in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of the special tender specifications. Since no bidders participated in the auction, the workplace and residence located in Cumhuriyet Neighborhood (Eski İmran), with their plot, block, parcel numbers, independent section numbers, square footage, estimated sale prices, and temporary guarantees specified below, have been opened for negotiation for a period of 15 days starting from 26.11.2024, pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 2886, for the purpose of sale.
