FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The land shares, which belong to our municipality and are located at Cumhuriyet Square in Cumhuriyet Mahallesi, with the plot, parcel numbers, sale number, land area, share amount, and provisional guarantee indicated below, have been put up for auction in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and under the provisions of the special conditions for sale.

1-      The auction will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, starting at 10:30, with 10-minute intervals at our Municipality's Council meeting room.

2-      Those who wish to participate in the auction must deposit the provisional guarantee, as specified for the land share, to our municipality before the auction time (no later than 10:00). Those who fail to deposit the provisional guarantee or have outstanding debts such as water, real estate, property tax, etc., to our municipality will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

3-      The sale price of the land share will be paid in two parts: half of the amount will be paid in advance, and the remaining balance will be paid within 6 months from the sale date. If the remaining amount is not paid, the auction will be unilaterally canceled, and the provisional guarantee will be forfeited to our municipality. Any payment made by the buyer to our municipality up until that point will be refunded within 1 year (without any delay penalties or interest).

4-      The land share to be sold is a cadastral parcel, and the transfer will be completed via land share transfer after the installments are fully paid. If the sale price is paid in full, the transfer will be completed within 3 months after the payment.

5-      Those who participate in the auction on behalf of a firm, company, or cooperative must submit the Trade Registry Certificate, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Authorization Document (Notarized Auction Participation Authorization).

6-      All legal expenses such as tax, duties, and fees related to the auction will be borne by the buyer.

7-      The auction commission is free to decide whether or not to proceed with the auction, with the reasoning stated in the decision.

Objections to the commission’s decision not to conduct the auction are not allowed. The unilateral cancellation of the auction is at the discretion of the administration.

8-      In case of any dispute, the Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.
