FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The plots of land, which are owned by our municipality and located in Cumhuriyet (Sivritaş) Neighborhood, Yeni Sanayi Site, with the plot number, map section, parcel numbers, area in square meters, and provisional guarantee amounts specified below, have been put up for sale through an open auction in accordance with Article 45 of the Law No. 2886, under the terms of the special conditions.

1- The auction will take place on September 10, 2020, Thursday, starting at 10:30 AM with 10-minute intervals at the Municipality's Council meeting room.

2- Those who wish to participate in the auction must deposit their provisional guarantees, which are indicated next to the properties below, before the auction time (No later than 10:00 AM). Those who do not deposit the provisional guarantee will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

3- The sales prices of the properties will be paid in one lump sum and in five installments starting from the sales date. If payment is not made, the auction will be unilaterally canceled, and the provisional guarantee will be forfeited to the municipality. Any payments made by the buyer to the municipality until that date will be refunded within one year without any delay penalty or interest.

4- For those entering the auction on behalf of any company, firm, or cooperative, it is required to submit a copy of the Chamber of Commerce Registration Certificate, the Commercial Registry Certificate, the Signature Circular, and the Authorization Document (Authorization to Participate in the Auction).

5- The title deeds for the properties will be provided after the full payment of the property price by the buyer.

6- All legal expenses such as advertisement, tax, and fees for the auction will be borne by the buyer.

7- The auction commission is free to decide whether or not to conduct the auction, with the justification specified in the decision. Objections to the commission's decision not to hold the auction will not be accepted.

8- In the event of a dispute, the Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.
