ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The land, owned by our municipality and located in Yunak (Temenni) Neighborhood of our district, with the block, plot, parcel number, square footage, estimated sale price, and temporary guarantee specified below, has been put up for sale through an open auction in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of the special specifications.

1. The tender will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 15:30 in the Municipal Council meeting room of our municipality.
2. Those wishing to participate in the tender must deposit the temporary guarantee specified below for the land by no later than 14:00 before the tender time at our municipality. Those who do not deposit the temporary guarantee will not be allowed to participate in the tender.
3. The sale price of the land must be paid in full in advance. If it is not paid, the tender will be unilaterally terminated, and the temporary guarantee will be recorded as revenue by our municipality.
4. Participants entering the tender on behalf of a firm, company, or cooperative must submit the Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Authorization Certificate (Authority to Participate in the Tender) pertaining to their entity.
5. The title deed of the land will be transferred to the buyer upon full payment of the land price.
6. All legal expenses related to the tender, such as advertisements, taxes, fees, and duties, will be borne by the buyer.
7. The tender commission is free to decide whether to proceed with the tender, stating its reasons in the decision. No objections can be raised against the commission’s decision not to proceed with the tender.
8. In case of any dispute, the Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.
