ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM THE ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The land owned by our municipality and located in Cumhuriyet (Sivritaş) Karaözü I Neighborhood, New Industrial Site of our district, with its block, sheet, parcel number, square meters, estimated sale price and temporary guarantee specified below, has been put up for auction by open bidding in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and within the framework of its special specifications.

1- The auction will take place on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 3:00 PM in our Municipality's Council Meeting Hall.

2- Participants in the auction must deposit the temporary guarantee specified below for the land to our municipality before the auction time (by 2:00 PM at the latest). Those who do not deposit the temporary guarantee cannot participate in the auction.

3- Half of the sale price of the land must be paid in cash from the sale date, and the remaining half within 1 month. If not paid, the auction will be unilaterally canceled, the temporary guarantee will be recorded as revenue for our municipality, and any payment made by the buyer to our municipality until that date will be refunded by our municipality within 1 year (without any delay penalty or interest).

4- Those participating in the auction on behalf of any firm, company or cooperative must submit their Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular and Power of Attorney (Authorization to Participate in the Auction).

5- The title deed of the land will be given after the buyer makes the full payment for the land.

6- All legal expenses related to the auction such as announcement, tax, and fees will be borne by the buyer.

7- The auction commission is free to conduct or not conduct the auction by stating its justification in the decision.

The commission's decision not to conduct the auction cannot be appealed.

8- Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized in case of any dispute.

It is hereby announced that the special specification file for this auction can be viewed at our Municipality's Office of the Secretariat during working hours every day. 03/23/2022
