FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

             The land owned by our municipality, located in Bahçelievler (Karayazı-I) Neighborhood of our district, whose plot, block, parcel numbers, square meters, estimated sales price, and temporary deposit are specified below, will be auctioned for sale through an open bidding process in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886, under the provisions of a special specification.

1-      The auction will be held on Wednesday, 15.11.2023, at 15:30 in the Municipal Council Meeting Room.

2-      Participants in the auction must deposit the temporary deposit amount specified for each land before the auction starts, no later than 15:00. Those who do not pay the temporary deposit will not be allowed to participate.

3-      The sales price of the land must be paid in full within 15 days from the auction date. If the payment is not made, the auction will be unilaterally canceled, and the temporary deposit will be forfeited to our municipality.

4-      Participants entering the auction on behalf of a company, corporation, or cooperative must present a certified copy of their Chamber of Commerce Registration, Commercial Registration Certificate, Signature Circular, and Authorization Document (Notarized).

5-      All legal expenses related to the auction, such as announcement fees, VAT, taxes, and other duties, will be borne by the buyer.

6-      The commission reserves the right to conduct or cancel the auction.

7-      In case of any dispute, Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.
