ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The land owned by our municipality, located in the Şadikayası Taşlık area of Duayeri Neighborhood in our district, with its sheet, block, parcel number, square meter area, estimated sales value, and temporary deposit specified below, has been put up for auction for sale through an open bidding process in accordance with the decision of our municipal council dated October 4, 2019, numbered 2019/59, and Article 45 of Law No. 2886, as well as the provisions of the special specifications.

1- The auction will be held at the Municipal Committee meeting room on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at 15:30.

2- Those wishing to participate in the auction must deposit the temporary deposit specified below for the land to our municipality before the auction time (no later than 15:00). Those who do not deposit the temporary deposit will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

3- For the land to be sold, 1/6 of the sales amount will be paid upfront from the date of sale, with the remaining amount payable in equal installments over 5 months. If payment is not made, the auction will be unilaterally canceled, the temporary deposit will be recorded as revenue for our municipality, and any payments made by the buyer to our municipality up to that date will be refunded within 1 year (without any penalty or interest).

4- Those participating in the auction on behalf of a firm, company, or cooperative must submit their Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Authorization Document (authorization to participate in the auction).

5- The title deed of the land will be transferred to the buyer upon full payment of the land’s price.

6- All legal expenses such as announcement, taxes, fees, and duties related to the auction will be borne by the buyer.

7- The auction commission is free to decide whether to proceed with the auction, provided the reason is stated in the decision. No objections can be made to the commission’s decision not to hold the auction.

8- In case of any dispute, Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.

It is hereby announced that the special specification file for this auction can be viewed at our municipality’s Registry Office during working hours every day. September 7, 2022
