ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The land parcels owned by our municipality, located in Kavaklıönü Mahallesi and Kavaklıönü (Altıkapılı) Mahallesi within our district, with the block, sheet, parcel numbers, square meters, estimated sale price, and temporary deposit specified below, have been put up for auction for sale through open bidding in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of the special conditions document.

1- The auction will be held at the Municipal Council meeting room on Monday, March 27, 2023, starting at 15:30 with 30-minute intervals.

2- Those wishing to participate in the auction must deposit the temporary deposit specified below for each land parcel to our municipality before the auction time, no later than 15:00. Those who do not deposit the temporary deposit will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

3- The sale price of the land parcels to be sold must be paid in full within 15 days from the sale date. If payment is not made, the auction will be unilaterally canceled, and the temporary deposit will be recorded as revenue for our municipality.

4- Those participating in the auction on behalf of a company, firm, or cooperative must submit the Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Authorization Document (Authority to Participate in the Auction).

5- The title deed of the land parcels will be issued to the buyer upon full payment of the land price.

6- All legal expenses related to the auction, such as announcement, taxes, fees, and duties, will be borne by the buyer.

7- The auction commission is free to decide whether to proceed with the auction, provided the reason is stated in the decision. No objections can be made to the commission’s decision not to hold the auction.

8- In case of any dispute, Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.

It is hereby announced that the special conditions file for this auction can be viewed at our municipality’s Registry Office during working hours every day. March 8, 2023
