FROM THE URGUP MUNICIPALITY

The properties, which are owned by our municipality’s Ürgüp Evleri Social Housing Revolving Fund, located in our district's Evka (Karayazı-II) Neighborhood, are put up for auction as per Article 45 of the 2886 Law. These properties, located in Aktepe (Kavaklıönü) Neighborhood Tarhanakayası Area and Bahçelievler (Karayazı-I) Neighborhood, will be sold via public auction under the special conditions of the tender, with the plot, parcel numbers, square meters, and the estimated sale prices listed below.

1- The auction will take place on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, starting at 13:30 with 10-minute intervals in our Municipality's Council Meeting Room.

2- Those wishing to participate in the auction must deposit the required temporary guarantee fee as specified next to the plot information below before the auction starts, (no later than 12:00). Those who do not pay the temporary guarantee will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

3- The sale price of the properties will be paid in one installment or in three installments starting from the date of sale. In case of non-payment, the auction will be canceled unilaterally, and the temporary guarantee will be retained by our municipality.

4- The deeds of the properties will be transferred to the buyer after full payment of the sale price for the land or housing.

5- Those participating in the auction on behalf of any firm, company, or cooperative must present a certified copy of their Chamber of Commerce Registration, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Authority Document (Notary Certified), indicating permission to participate in the auction.

6- All legal expenses related to the auction, including advertising, taxes, duties, and fees, will be borne by the buyer.

7- The auction commission is free to make a decision to proceed or not with the auction, specifying the reasons in the decision. Decisions to not proceed with the auction cannot be appealed.

8- In case of any dispute, the courts and enforcement offices of Ürgüp will have jurisdiction.
