ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The City Bathhouse, owned by our municipality, with its location, type, sheet, block, parcel number, square meter area, estimated monthly rental value, and temporary deposit specified below, has been put up for auction to be leased for a period of 3 years through an open bidding process in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of the special specifications.

1- The auction will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 15:00 in the presence of the municipal committee at our municipality.

2- The temporary deposits specified below for the auction must be paid to our municipality’s cash desks before the auction time (no later than 14:00). Those who do not deposit the temporary deposit and those who have debts to our municipality, such as water, property tax, environmental cleaning tax, etc., will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

3- The monthly rental amount for the City Bathhouse for the years following the first year will be determined and collected with an increase each year based on the revaluation rate determined by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.

4- The rental amount for the City Bathhouse will be paid monthly in advance. If two consecutive months’ rent is not paid, the rental amounts will be collected with legal late payment interest, and the auction will be unilaterally canceled.

5- Those participating in the auction on behalf of a firm, company, or cooperative must submit their Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Authorization Document (notarized). Additionally, all company partners must either grant personal proxy authorization to the authorized signatory or all partners must sign the prepared contract.

6- Individuals participating in the City Bathhouse auction must submit a criminal record certificate obtained from the Public Prosecutor’s Office and a residence certificate (documents must be issued in 2022).

7- Participants in the City Bathhouse auction must submit documents (obtained in 2022 from entities such as the Chamber of Craftsmen and Artisans, Tax Office, etc.) proving that they have operated a bathhouse or worked in the sector for at least 5 years.

8- All legal expenses such as VAT, announcement, advertisement, taxes, fees, and duties related to this auction will be borne by the lessee.

9- The auction commission is free to decide whether to proceed with the auction, provided the reason is stated in the decision. No objections can be made to the commission’s decision not to hold the auction.

10- In case of any dispute, Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.

It is hereby announced that the special specification file for this auction can be viewed at our municipality’s Registry Office during working hours every day. May 11, 2022
