FROM ÜRGÜP MUNICIPALITY

The buffet space, owned by our municipality, with its location, type, plot, block, parcel, square meterage, door number, estimated monthly rental fee, and temporary deposit specified below, has been put up for auction to be leased for a period of 3 years through an open bidding process in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886 and the provisions of its special conditions.

1- The auction will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 15:30 in the presence of the municipal council at our municipality.

2- The temporary deposit specified below for the buffet must be paid to our municipality before the auction time (no later than 15:00). Those who do not pay the temporary deposit and those who have debts to our municipality such as water, property tax, environmental tax, etc., will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

3- The rental fees for the buffet to be leased must be paid monthly in advance. In case of delay (non-payment), the rental fees will be collected along with a daily penalty interest determined under Article 51 of Law No. 6183, and the auction may be unilaterally terminated.

4- The monthly rental fees for the buffet space for the years following the first year will be determined and collected with an increase based on the revaluation rate determined by the Ministry of Finance each year. If two consecutive months' rental fees are not paid, the rental fees will be collected with legal penalty interest, and the auction may be unilaterally terminated.

5- Those participating in the auction on behalf of any firm, company, or cooperative must submit their Chamber of Commerce Registration Copy, Commercial Registry Certificate, Signature Circular, and Authorization Document (notarized).

6- Participants in the auction must submit a criminal record certificate obtained from the Public Prosecutor's Office within the auction month. Those with any criminal record (except for negligent offenses) will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

7- All legal expenses related to this auction, such as advertisements, taxes, duties, fees, and notarization of the lease agreement, will be borne by the tenant.

8- The auction commission is free to decide whether or not to hold the auction, provided it states its reasoning in the decision. The commission's decision not to hold the auction cannot be contested.

9- In case of any dispute, the Ürgüp Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.

It is hereby announced that the special conditions file for this auction can be viewed at the Municipal Registry Office during working hours every day. August 23, 2023
