Ürgüp Museum

Opened in 1971, the Ürgüp Museum displays artifacts spanning from prehistoric times to recent history. Located in the town center, this small museum showcases fossil specimens found in the Ürgüp area, as well as artifacts from the Early Bronze Age, Hittite, Phrygian, Persian, Hellenistic, Roman, and Byzantine periods. Additionally, visitors can see ethnographic items from the Ottoman era.
