Ürgüp Municipality Continues to Support Education Through Social Responsibility Projects

With the “Suspended Scholarship System,” we aim to connect citizens who wish to provide scholarships with students in need of financial support.

For the 2024/2025 academic calendar, we plan to contribute to the education of four-year undergraduate students from Ürgüp by providing a monthly scholarship of 2,000 TL for nine months.

The Scholarship Application System for undergraduate students, covering the 2024/2025 academic year, will accept applications with complete documents from September 20, 2024, to October 10, 2024.

Applications reviewed between October 10 and October 15, 2024, will be published on https://burs.urgup.bel.tr/. Students eligible for scholarships will be matched with sponsoring citizens, and monthly payments will commence accordingly.

Through this scholarship initiative facilitated by our municipality, both local citizens and philanthropists will have the opportunity to support students in need.
