In Ürgüp, a tourism and service-oriented city, the spaces located in the city center also contain important potential and opportunities for the city's future development.

In this context, participants are expected to develop the bus station area, the Cumhuriyet Square Cultural Center, the old industrial area, and the rural bus station and its surroundings (Kanlıca Gardens) within the framework of central integrity and urban continuity. As a future vision, conceptual, living, and spatial solutions that bring the city's residents and guests together with the center, recreating urban life, are the main topics of the idea competition.
