This year, for the first time, a New Year's Market will be set up in Ürgüp, welcoming visitors at Cumhuriyet Square as we usher in the new year.

At the market, wooden stalls (3x2 meters) produced in our municipality's workshops will showcase local handicrafts, souvenirs, and New Year-themed products.

The stalls will also offer a rich selection of gastronomic delights in line with the New Year theme. In addition to local flavors, hot beverages and desserts will be available for guests to enjoy.

With the theme "New Year's Celebration in Ürgüp," the program prepared by the Ürgüp Municipality will include various activities to ensure that little visitors also have a great time at Cumhuriyet Square.

As part of the New Year festivities, on December 31, 2024, from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM, a party with a DJ will take place, followed by a fireworks display from Temenni Hill, creating a colorful and exciting New Year celebration!

• Only licensed businesses operating in the specified sectors in Ürgüp are eligible to apply.
  Products outside of the New Year concept will not be allowed to be sold at the wooden stalls.

  Online Application Period: From 04.12.2024 to 09.12.2024.
  Sales at the wooden stalls will be allowed between December 25, 2024, and January 7, 2025, for a 15-day period. The stalls must be cleared by January 7, 2025.

  The business name must be written on the signboard in accordance with the standards determined by the municipality.

  Participation Fee (Occupancy Fee): A fee of 15,000 TL for the 15-day period must be paid to the municipal cashier, and a contract will be signed.

  Since the stalls are distributed based on sectors, priority will be determined according to the order of applications.

  Each stall will have access to a 220w electrical connection, with a power limit of 3kW.

  Throughout the duration of the stall rental, all responsibilities belong to the stall owner.
